E-MapReduce automatically checks the health of cluster nodes and services. When an anomaly is detected, the health status of the corresponding node or component updates accordingly, helping you quickly locate problems. You can view and customize default health check items to meet your requirements.
Health check item management is supported for the following service components: YARN, HDFS, Hive, Kafka, and ZooKeeper.
Health checks for service components

Go to the cluster Services page.
Log on to the E-MapReduce console.

In the top navigation bar, select a region and resource group.

On the EMR on ECS page, find the cluster and click Services in the Actions column.

On the Services page, find the service, then choose ... > Manage Health Check Items.
Alternatively, on the Configure page of a service, choose .

In the Manage Health Check Items panel, click Edit in the Actions column for the health check item you want to modify.
You can also enable or disable a health check item or modify its threshold.
Health checks for nodes

Go to the Nodes page of the cluster.
Log on to the E-MapReduce console.

On the EMR on ECS page, find the cluster and click Nodes in the Actions column.

In the Manage Health Check Items panel, click Edit in the Actions column of a health check item to modify its threshold.
You can also enable or disable a health check item.
