What cloud computer types does WUYING Workspace provide and how am I charged for the cloud computer types?
WUYING Workspace provides multiple cloud computer types, such as General Office, Enterprise Office, and Enterprise Graphics. Each cloud computer type consists of computing resources, including vCPUs, memory, and GPUs, and storage resources, including system disks and data disks. WUYING Workspace billable items fall into the following categories: basic services and value-added services. You are charged for the following basic services: AD connectors and cloud computer specifications, such as vCPUs, memory, GPUs, data disks, and system disks. You are also charged for the following value-added services if you use them: bandwidth for Internet access, data transfer plans, applications, Apsara File Storage NAS (NAS), cloud disks, Simple Log Service, and Cloud Enterprise Network (CEN) instances.WUYING Workspace For more information, see Billable items.
Can WUYING Workspace still provide services as expected when my Alibaba Cloud account has overdue payments?
If your Alibaba Cloud balance and coupons combined are insufficient to settle a payment, Alibaba Cloud considers that your account has an overdue payment. The cases may vary based on your account type and the billing method of the cloud computers. In typical cases, subscription cloud computers can continue providing services unless they expire, but pay-as-you-go cloud computers stop providing services.
If an AD connector cannot provide services due to an overdue payment, the cloud computers in the office network of the AD connector cannot provide services as expected.
Will Alibaba Cloud send notifications if my account has overdue payments? When will I receive these notifications?
If your Alibaba Cloud balance and vouchers combined are insufficient to settle a payment, Alibaba Cloud considers that your account has an overdue payment.
Notifications are sent based on the following rules:
Notifications are sent if your Alibaba Cloud account has insufficient balance. The fees of pay-as-you-go cloud computers are calculated and deducted from your Alibaba Cloud account on an hourly (UTC+8) basis at the hour. A new billing cycle starts when the previous bill is settled. If your account balance and coupons combined provide an amount less than the alert threshold, you are notified of insufficient balance by email.
Notifications are sent upon cloud computer release. Before cloud computers are released upon expiration or overdue payments, Alibaba Cloud sends notifications to you by email.
Can I change the billing method of cloud computers?
