Enterprise Distributed Application Service:Query HSF service traces

Last Updated:Mar 11, 2026

When troubleshooting failures or latency in High-Speed Service Framework (HSF) microservices, you need visibility into how requests flow between services. Enterprise Distributed Application Service (EDAS) integrates with Application Real-Time Monitoring Service (ARMS) to provide distributed tracing. Through this integration, you can query traces and diagnose issues for HSF services directly from the EDAS console.

Tracing capabilities

ARMS provides two tracing capabilities for HSF services deployed in EDAS:

CapabilityDescription
Service tracesView the call chains of HSF services to understand request flow between services and locate failures or latency bottlenecks.
Holographic troubleshooting eventsView correlated diagnostic events that capture the full context of an issue, including upstream and downstream dependencies, to identify root causes.

To query service traces or holographic troubleshooting events, log on to the EDAS console and navigate to the tracing features for your HSF application.
