Elastic Compute Service:modify the tags of an ENI

Last Updated:Mar 29, 2024

The increasing number of cloud resources leads to more complex management difficulties. To better manage your resources, configure tags to classify and tag resources that have the same characteristics, such as Elastic Network Interfaces (ENIs) that belong to the same organization or serve the same purpose. Tags help you easily retrieve and manage resources and implement fine-grained resource management. This topic describes how to modify the tags of an ENI.

Background information

For information about how to use tags, the resources that support tags, and the limits on tags, see Overview and the "Tag limits" section of the Limits topic.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the ECS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Network & Security > Elastic Network Interfaces.

  3. In the top navigation bar, select the region and resource group to which the resource belongs. 地域

  4. Find the ENI whose tags you want to modify, move the pointer over the edit-tag icon in the Tag column, and then perform one of the following operations:

    • If no tags are bound to the ENI, click Bind.

    • If tags are added to the ENI, click Edit to modify the tags.

  5. In the Configure Tags dialog box, select a tag key and a tag value or enter a new tag key and a new tag value, and then click OK.
