Elastic Compute Service:Delete a deployment set

If you no longer need a deployment set, we recommend that you delete the deployment set to free up resources. This topic describes how to delete a deployment set.


No instances exist in the deployment set that you want to delete. If instances exist in the deployment set, move the instances to a different deployment set or release the instances before you can delete the deployment set. For more information, see Change the deployment set of an instance or Release an instance.


  1. Log on to the ECS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Deployment & Elasticity > icon1 > Deployment Sets.

  3. In the upper-left corner of the top navigation bar, select a region. 地域

  4. On the Deployment Sets page, find the deployment set that you want to delete. In the Actions column, click Delete.


  5. In the Delete Deployment Set message, click OK.
