Dedicated Block Storage Cluster is available in the following regions: China (Hangzhou), China (Shanghai), China (Beijing), China (Zhangjiakou), China (Ulanqab), China (Shenzhen), China (Heyuan), Indonesia (Jakarta), Germany (Frankfurt), and China South 1 Finance.

Cost = Cluster Capacity × Subscription Duration × Unit Price of Disk Type.

Billing method
Dedicated block storage clusters support subscription billing only.
Billing for cluster scale-out
The added capacity expires on the same date as the cluster. Scale-out cost = Added Capacity × Remaining Subscription Duration × Unit Price of Disk Type.
Example: A 60 TiB cluster expires on December 31, 2021. You add 12 TiB on July 1, 2021 (6 months remaining). Scale-out cost = 12 × 6 × Unit Price of Disk Type.

If the remaining duration is not a whole number of months (for example, 40 days), the duration is converted to months: Added Capacity × 1.33 months (40/30) × Unit Price of Disk Type.

If less than one month remains, you must renew the cluster before scaling it out.
Billing for disk migration
Billing changes after disk migration:

Migrate to a dedicated block storage cluster: The cluster billing applies. The disk itself is not billed.

Migrate to the public cloud: Pay-as-you-go billing applies.

Renewal
Dedicated block storage clusters support manual and auto-renewal.

Manual renewal: select a duration from 1 month to 3 years.

Auto-renewal: the renewal period matches the initial subscription duration. For example, a 12-month subscription renews for another 12 months.
After expiration
Before expiration, the console prompts you to transfer disk resources.

If you do not need the data, let the cluster expire. The disks are automatically released.
