Problem description
After you restart a Windows ECS instance, the following error message occurs when you use Remote Desktop to connect to the instance.
Cause
This issue occurs because Remote Desktop Services (RDS) is installed, but there is a problem with license authorization.
Solution
Follow the instructions in Apply for and activate a multi-user RDS CAL license to correctly configure the Remote Desktop Services Client Access License (RDS CAL).
