    Cloud phones provided by Alibaba Cloud Workspace have usage limits on regions, quotas, and custom images.

    Note

    To request a quota increase, submit a ticket.

    Regions

    Instance Edition cloud phones are available in the following regions:

    • Within Chinese Mainland: China (Beijing), China (Shanghai), China (Hangzhou), and China (Shenzhen)

    • Outside Chinese Mainland: China (Hong Kong), Singapore, and Germany (Frankfurt)

    Cloud phone quota limits

    The following quotas apply:

    • Each Alibaba Cloud account can create up to 800 cloud phones.

    • You can create a maximum of 200 cloud phones in a single operation.

    Shared network quota limits

    When you create an instance group, you can select a shared network or virtual private cloud (VPC) as the network type. The following limits apply:

    • You can select up to 10 shared networks.

    • This quota is shared with cloud computers provided by Elastic Desktop Service (EDS) Enterprise. The combined total of basic office networks in the EDS Enterprise console and shared networks in the Cloud Phone console cannot exceed 10.

    Custom image quota limits

    A maximum of 10 custom images is allowed. If this limit is reached, you must delete existing images before creating new ones.
