What are the limits on using cloud phones? - Cloud Phone

This topic describes the limits on using cloud phones provided by Alibaba Cloud Workspace.

If you want to request higher cloud phone usage limits, submit a ticket to obtain technical support.

Regions

Instance Edition cloud phones are available in the following regions:

Within Chinese Mainland: China (Beijing), China (Shanghai), China (Hangzhou), and China (Shenzhen)
Outside Chinese Mainland: China (Hong Kong), Singapore, and Germany (Frankfurt)

Cloud phone quota limits

Take note of the following limits:

Each Alibaba Cloud account is allowed to create up to 800 cloud phones.
You can create a maximum of 200 cloud phones in a single operation.

Shared network quota limits

When creating an instance group, you can select a shared network or virtual private cloud (VPC) as its network type. Take note of the following limits:

You can select up to 10 shared networks.
Note that the quota is shared with cloud computers provided by Elastic Desktop Service (EDS) Enterprise. The total number of basic office networks in the EDS Enterprise console and shared networks in the Cloud Phone console can be up to 10.

Custom image quota limits

A maximum of 10 custom images is allowed. If this limit is reached, you must delete existing images before creating new ones.
