Resets cloud phone instances. A reset reinstalls the system using the image of the cloud phone. For example, the reset fails if the image used when the cloud phone was created has been deleted.
Operation description
Resetting (initializing the system) is supported only when the instance is in the Available, Stopped, Abnormal, Backup Failed, or Restore Failed state.
