This topic describes the causes of overdue payments in Elastic High Performance Computing (E-HPC) and the impacts of overdue payments on services.
If the available funds in your Alibaba Cloud account, (including the balance and coupons) is less than the payable amount on your bill, the bill is overdue. The following policies are applied to overdue payments based on the billing method of E-HPC billable items:
Subscription: You have paid for your resources in advance. Therefore, you can still use E-HPC resources whether your account has an overdue payment.
Pay-as-you-go: If your account has an overdue payment, you can no longer use E-HPC resources. In addition, your clusters deployed on E-HPC can no longer run as expected. The following table describes the detailed impacts.
