GATK Elastic Compute Service v1.0 Ubuntu 22.04 64 bit Genome Analysis Toolkit (GATK) is an open source toolkit developed by the Broad Institute for processing large-scale high-throughput sequencing data.
HPDA-Spark Container Mracc-Native-V1.0 Alibaba Cloud Linux 3 A high-performance data analytics component built on Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) resources. Uses the Spark Native engine by default. Delivers more than 200% performance improvement in TPC-DS tests and more than 30% in production environments. Validated by customers running clusters of hundreds of thousands of cores.
