If a subscription Data Transmission Service (DTS) dedicated cluster expires, all cluster data is deleted and cannot be recovered. Renew the cluster before it expires to avoid data loss.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure that you have:
A DTS dedicated cluster with a subscription billing method. You must pay when you create the DTS dedicated cluster.
Renew in the DTS console
Use this method to renew a single cluster directly from the DTS console.
Go to the Dedicated Cluster page.
In the top navigation bar, select the region where the cluster is located.
On the Cluster Task page, go to the Renew page using one of the following methods:
Find the cluster and click the More icon in the Actions column, then select Renew.
Find the cluster and click its ID or click Details in the Actions column. In the upper-left corner of the Cluster Management section, click Renew.
On the Renew page, set the Duration parameter.
NoteMonthly subscriptions support durations of 1 to 9 months. Yearly subscriptions support durations of 1 to 3 years.
Select the check box to agree to the Terms of Service, then click Buy Now.
On the Purchase page, complete the payment.
Renew in the Billing Management console
Use this method to renew multiple clusters at once or to manage renewals across products in one place.
Renew a single cluster
Go to the Dedicated Cluster page.
In the upper-right corner, choose Expenses > Renewal Management.
On the Renewal page, click the Manual tab.
Find the cluster and click Renew in the Actions column.
NoteIf the cluster appears on the Auto or Nonrenewal tab instead, click Enable Manual Renewal in the Actions column, then click OK to move it to the Manual tab.
On the Renew page, specify a renewal duration.
Select the check box to agree to the Terms of Service, then click Buy Now.
On the Purchase page, complete the payment.
Renew multiple clusters at once
Go to the Dedicated Cluster page.
In the upper-right corner, choose Expenses > Renewal Management.
On the Renewal page, click the Manual tab.
Select the check boxes next to the clusters you want to renew.
In the lower-left corner, click Batch Renew.
On the Batch Renew page, specify a renewal duration for each cluster.
NoteTo apply the same duration to all clusters, click Batch Setting, specify a duration, and click OK.
Click Pay and complete the payment.
