DTS AI Data Preparation uses pay-as-you-go billing across four dimensions. Two dimensions are always-on (charged as long as the resource exists), and two are usage-triggered (charged only when work runs):

RAGFlow knowledge base
Each RAGFlow knowledge base instance is charged hourly for two components: the basic service (infrastructure) and the data preparation service. Both components run continuously as long as the instance exists — they are not triggered by activity.
RAGFlow knowledge base costs depend on the number of basic services and data preparation services.

Enhanced Parsing
Enhanced Parsing is charged per page parsed. Pricing depends on the version:
Basic — flat rate of $0.00289 per page
Medium — tiered pricing based on monthly cumulative parsed pages
Each image document page consumes at least 2,000 tokens from a state-of-the-art (SOTA) model for parsing and related preparation tasks.
