Billing method

The AI Data Preparation feature only supports the pay-as-you-go (post-paid) billing method. You are billed for the actual resources you use, with no upfront commitment.

Billable items

Your total cost for AI Data Preparation is composed of the following items:

• Data preparation tasks: Costs are incurred based on the runtime of a created task.

• RAGFlow knowledge base: This service is used for building and managing knowledge bases. Its cost includes:

  • Basic service: The underlying instance resources required to keep the knowledge base operational.

  • Data preparation service: The computing resources used for processing and vectorizing documents in the knowledge base.

• (Dependent) Vector database instance: The AI Data Preparation feature requires a vector database to function. The vector database is an independent cloud product, and its costs are billed separately. See the details below.

The fees displayed on the purchase page may be rounded for presentation. Your final bill will be calculated precisely based on the hourly rates in the tables below.
