Does DSC store my data and files?
No, DSC does not store your data or files. After you authorize DSC to access your data, the system scans the data and displays only the scan results in DSC.
How do I audit the operation records of DSC?
All operations of DSC are recorded in ActionTrail by using ActionTrail API.
DSC is integrated with ActionTrail. After you activate ActionTrail, you can view all operation records of DSC in ActionTrail for security review. For more information about how to activate ActionTrail, see Billing overview.
How do I configure an audit alert whitelist?
You can add the IP addresses and accounts of the assets that you want to access to the whitelist. DSC does not generate audit alerts for data assets whose accounts or IP addresses are added to the whitelist. This helps reduce invalid alerts. For more information, see Manage a whitelist.
