This topic describes how to modify, delete, and pause DNS records.
Modify DNS records
Batch modification
You can modify the record value, TTL, and weight (acceleration region) for multiple DNS records in a batch. The record type, host record, and DNS request source cannot be modified. All records in the batch must have the same record type, host record, and DNS request source.
Click the Authoritative Zones tab, and then click Custom Domain Names.
In the row for the target domain name, click Settings.
On the DNS Records page, find the DNS record that you want to modify and click Modify in the Actions column.

In the Edit Record dialog box, modify the DNS record. For more information, see Form Mode and Visual Orchestration Mode.
Click OK. In the Confirm DNS Change dialog box that appears, verify the changes and click OK.
Single record modification
You can modify the host record, record type, DNS request source, record value, TTL, and weight (acceleration region) of a single DNS record. This method provides more flexibility.
Click the Authoritative Zones tab, and then click Custom Domain Names.
In the row of the target domain name, click Settings.
On the DNS Records page, find the DNS record that you want to modify and click the edit icon in the Host Record column.

In the dialog box that appears, modify the Host Record, Record Type, DNS Request Source, Record Value, Weight, and TTL, and then click OK.
Pause or delete DNS records
Click the Authoritative Zones tab, and then click Custom Domain Names.
On the Custom Domain Names tab, find the domain name that you want to manage and click Settings in the Actions column.
On the DNS Records page, find the desired DNS record and click Pause or Delete in the Actions column.

If you click Delete, the Delete Record dialog box appears. Click Confirm to delete the record.
