Last Updated:Jan 19, 2026

This topic describes how to perform additional management operations on DNS records.

Modify DNS records

Batch modification

You can modify the record value, TTL, and weight (acceleration region) for multiple DNS records in a batch. The record type, host record, and DNS request source cannot be modified because all records in the batch must have the same values for these parameters.

  1. Go to Alibaba Cloud DNS - Private Zone.

  2. Click the Private Zone tab, and then click User Defined Zones.

  3. In the row for the target domain name, click the Settings button.

  4. On the Settings page, find the DNS record that you want to modify and click the Edit button in the Actions column.
