Private Zone provides batch import and download features to manage DNS records in bulk.
Bulk deletePrivate Zone zones

Click Private Zone > User Defined Zones.

Select the zones to delete, and then click Batch Delete.

In the Delete Zone Confirmation dialog box, confirm the deletion.
Batch import DNS records

Click Private Zone > User Defined Zones.

Find the target zone and click Settings in the Actions column.

On the Settings page, click Import/Export.

On the Import Record page, click Download Template.

Add the dns records to import to the template file. Then, click Upload File and select the edited file.

The system automatically creates an asynchronous task. To check the task result, click Asynchronous Task at the top of the console.
Batch disable, enable, or delete DNS records

Click Private Zone > User Defined Zones.

Find the target zone and click Settings in the Actions column.

On the Settings page, select the dns records to manage, and then click Batch Disable, Batch Enable, or Batch Delete.

The system automatically creates an asynchronous task. To check the task result, click Asynchronous Task at the top of the console.
Download DNS records

Click Private Zone > User Defined Zones.

Find the target zone and click Settings in the Actions column.

On the Settings tab, click the download icon in the upper-right corner.

In the dialog box that appears, select a file format. The supported formats are xlsx and zone file.

Click Asynchronous Task at the top of the console. In the dialog box that appears, find the corresponding task and click Download.
