Alibaba Cloud DNS for PrivateZone provides batch import and download features to help you efficiently manage many DNS records.
Batch delete Private Zone authoritative domain names
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console for PrivateZone.
Click Built-in Authoritative, and then click User Domains on this tab.
Select the zones that you want to delete and click Batch Delete.
In the Delete Zone Prompt dialog box, click OK.
Import DNS records in a batch
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console for PrivateZone.
Click Built-in Authoritative, and then click User Domains on this tab.
On the User Domains tab, find the domain name that you want to manage and click DNS Settings in the Actions column.
On the DNS Records page, click Batch Import. Then, on the Import page, click Download Template.
Add the DNS records that you want to import to the template file. Then, click Upload File and select the updated template file.
The system automatically creates an asynchronous task. You can click View Details at the top of the console to view the task result. You can also verify that the DNS records are imported on the DNS Records page.
Pause, enable, or delete DNS records in a batch
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console for PrivateZone.
Click Built-in Authoritative, and then click User Domains on this tab.
On the User Domains tab, find the domain name that you want to manage and click DNS Settings in the Actions column.
On the DNS Records page, select the DNS records that you want to manage and click Batch Pause, Batch Enable, or Batch Delete.
If you delete DNS records in a batch, a Delete Record Prompt dialog box appears after you click Batch Delete. Click OK to complete the operation.
NoteThese batch operations are asynchronous. Click View Details at the top of the PrivateZone page to view the results in the Asynchronous Tasks dialog box.
Download DNS records
Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console for PrivateZone.
Click Built-in Authoritative, and then click User Domains on this tab.
On the User Domains tab, find the domain name that you want to manage and click DNS Settings in the Actions column.
On the DNS Settings tab, click the download icon on the right.
In the Export DNS Records dialog box, set Export Data File Format to xlsx or Zone, and then click OK.
Click View Details at the top of the console page. Then, in the asynchronous task dialog box, click Download.
