    Alibaba Cloud DNS:Method of modifying DNS servers for Huawei Cloud domain names

    This topic describes how to configure the DNS servers of domain names registered with Huawei Cloud to Alibaba Cloud DNS.

    Configuration method

    1. Log on to the Huawei Cloud Domain Name Registration console.

    2. On the Domain Name List tab, click the More button next to the target domain name, and then select Manage.

    3. In the Domain Information tab, under the Basic Information section, click the Modify button next to DNS Server.

    4. In the Modify DNS Server dialog box, replace the DNS servers with the DNS server names assigned by Alibaba Cloud DNS, and click OK to complete the configuration.

      Note

      If you do not know the DNS server names assigned by the Alibaba Cloud DNS system, see View DNS server status.

    5. After the configuration is complete, wait patiently for the DNS server configuration to take effect. The global propagation typically requires 48 hours.
