Overview
Batch manage records includes two features: batch modify DNS records and batch delete DNS records.
Prerequisites
The domain names for the DNS records must appear in the domain name resolution list. Otherwise, the operation fails.
Batch Modify DNS Records
You can batch modify DNS records by specifying original and new values for the host record and record value. Alibaba Cloud DNS applies the changes to all matching records.
Procedure
Log on to Alibaba Cloud DNS – Public Authoritative DNS.
Click the Batch Operation button. By default, you are directed to the Domain Name > Add Zones tab.
On the Batch Operation page, click Domain Records > Manage DNS Records. Then select Batch Modify DNS Records.
In the input box, enter the domain names whose DNS records you want to modify. Separate domain names with line breaks.
Specify the original and new values for the DNS records (host record and record value). To add multiple original-value conditions, click the + icon. Then choose whether to match Match Any Condition or Match All Conditions. Click OK. Alibaba Cloud DNS applies the changes to all matching records.
