The ISP DNS Cache Refresh service provides on-demand cache purging for all provincial DNS servers that are operated by China Telecom. You can use this service to proactively purge cached domain name records from China Telecom's DNS servers to ensure that DNS changes take effect immediately.
Scenarios
Use this service when you need DNS record changes or disaster recovery failovers to take effect quickly.
Normally, DNS record updates take time to propagate because of TTL settings and cached entries on ISP DNS servers. With the ISP DNS Cache Refresh service for China Telecom, you can instantly clear local DNS caches on China Telecom's network and retrieve the latest DNS records. This ensures that resolution updates are rapidly applied on their network.
This service applies only to the DNS infrastructure of China Telecom in mainland China. The service does not guarantee global propagation or support cache purging for other ISPs or public DNS resolvers.
Do not use this service to bypass regulatory enforcement actions initiated by Chinese authorities.
Billing
To use this feature, you must purchase a resource plan. The price is USD 1,200 per refresh. To purchase a resource plan, go to Resource Plan - DNS Cache Flush for China Telecom.

If you have not used the resource plan, you can request a full refund within 5 days of purchase. Go to the Expenses and Costs console to cancel your subscription.
