    Alibaba Cloud DNS:Method to modify DNS for West.cn domain names

    This topic describes how to configure the DNS servers of domain names registered with West.cn to Alibaba Cloud DNS.

    Configuration method

    1. Log on to West.cn, and click Management Center in the upper-right corner of the page.

    2. Click Domain Management in the left-side navigation pane, and then click the Manage button next to the target domain name under the Domain List tab.

    3. Under the Modify DNS tab, select Use Custom DNS, enter the Alibaba Cloud DNS server names in the input box, and click Submit.

      Note

      If you do not know the DNS server names assigned in the Alibaba Cloud DNS system, you can refer to View DNS server status.

    4. After the configuration is complete, wait patiently for the DNS server configuration to take effect. Global propagation typically takes 48 hours.
