Alibaba Cloud DNS:Manually trigger DNS record synchronization

Last Updated:Nov 07, 2023

Manually triggered synchronization enables the secondary DNS server to proactively connect to the primary DNS server to update DNS records.

Note: Generally, the DNS records in the secondary DNS server are synchronized from the primary DNS server in the following two ways: The primary DNS server sends a notification message to trigger a synchronization. Alternatively, a synchronization is triggered when the synchronization time set in the primary DNS server arrives.

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud DNS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Secondary DNS. On the Secondary DNS page, click the Internal Domain Names tab.

  3. Click Connect to Primary DNS.
