Alibaba Cloud DNS offers a one-month free trial of the Enterprise Ultimate Edition Authoritative Zone. This page covers the promotion period, eligibility requirements, and trial terms.

Available until March 31, 2026.
Eligibility
The free trial is open to Alibaba Cloud users who meet all of the following conditions:
Registered Alibaba Cloud users.

New users who have never purchased an Alibaba Cloud DNS instance.
ImportantEach account qualifies for one free trial only. Creating a free trial order and then canceling the payment disqualifies your eligibility.
Trial version: An Authoritative Zone of Enterprise Ultimate Edition with one domain name. DNS Security is not included.
Trial duration: One month.
When the trial expires: If you do not renew your trial instance within seven days after it expires, the instance is released.
Free trial terms
The free trial is available to first-time users only. Users with existing orders for the product are not eligible.
Each user is limited to one free trial per product. If you have multiple accounts, only one account may participate.
A valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or Paytm) must remain linked to your account for the duration of the trial.
Users who complete corporate identity verification are eligible for the Enterprise Edition free trial. Users who have already used the Personal Edition free trial are not eligible for the Enterprise Edition free trial.
Alibaba Cloud International Website Terms also apply to products offered in the free trial.
If you are found ineligible, your trial instance will be locked and released after 15 days. You will be notified 72 hours before the instance is stopped.
