The free trial activity of Alibaba Cloud DNS on the international site (alibabacloud.com) lasts until March 31, 2026.
Intended customers
Alibaba Cloud users who meet all the following conditions are eligible for a free trial:
Alibaba Cloud members
Users who have never purchased Alibaba Cloud DNS instances
ImportantIf you cancel the payment after you create a free trial order, you will be disqualified from enjoying a free trial.
Free trial edition: hosted public zone instances of Enterprise Ultimate Edition for which the DNS protection feature is not provided. You can bind such an instance to only one domain name during the free trial period.
Free trial duration: one month
Handling upon instance expiration: If you do not renew your free trial instance within seven days after the instance expires, the instance will be released. For more information, see Rules on instance expiration.
Free trial terms
You are eligible for a free trial if you are a first-time user of Alibaba Cloud DNS. This means you do not have historical orders for this service.
Each user has only one chance of enjoying a free trial for Alibaba Cloud DNS except for special cases. If a user has multiple accounts, only one account can enjoy the free trial.
You must retain a payment method in your account during the free trial period to maintain your eligibility for a free trial. The payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, or Paytm wallet.
Users who pass Alibaba Cloud real-name verification for enterprises are eligible for the free trial of an instance of Alibaba Cloud DNS Enterprise Ultimate Edition. Users who have enjoyed the free trial of an instance of Alibaba Cloud DNS Personal Edition are no longer eligible for the free trial of an instance of Alibaba Cloud DNS Enterprise Ultimate Edition.
Alibaba Cloud international site terms also apply to free trial services.
If we determine that you are not eligible for a free trial, your free trial instance will be locked and then will be released after 15 days, and we will notify you 72 hours before the instance is stopped.

To ensure the fairness and justice of the activity, Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to disqualify users who engage in the following activities on our platform and/or with our services: spam user registration, credit card theft, fraud, bitcoin mining, illegal activities, or any other activity that conflicts with our terms of service.
To ensure that the rights and interests of the free trial are not abused, each user shall submit the necessary enterprise profile for authentication. The enterprise profile information is only for authentication and will be deleted after that.
Alibaba Cloud reserves the right to adjust the services in this activity and end the activity at any time.
