You can define reusable IP collections (custom ACLs) based on your business needs, apply them to different domain name resolution configurations, and implement custom resolution for specific IP address ranges.
Add a custom ACL
Access Cloud DNS - Custom ACLs.
Click Add ACL, and the Add ACL form panel slides out from the right.
Enter the form and click OK to submit.

ACL Name

For publicly reusable custom ACLs, the name should include business keywords. The length is limited to 1-20 characters, and can include Chinese characters, letters, numbers, '-', and '_'.
ACL Type

Select whether this ACL applies to internal or public networks.
IP Address Range
Yes
Select the IP address range. You can enter one address segment per line, with a maximum of 100 lines. There should be no overlapping segments between different address ranges. The following three types of address segments are supported:
Specific IP address. For example, 1.0.XX.XX.
CIDR address segment. For example, 1.2.X.X/24.
IP range connected with "-". For example, 1.2.XX.XX - 1.3.XX.XX.
