Data Management (DMS) lets you generate a share link for a SQLConsole tab—with or without your SQL statements—and for historical data change tickets such as lock-free change and data import tickets. Recipients open the link directly in their browser without any additional setup.
Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure that you have:

Access to the DMS console V5.0
Usage notes

The Schema Design tab cannot be shared.

Only valid users within a DMS tenant can open a share link. A valid user is a user that is not disabled or deleted. To view valid users, log on to the DMS console as an administrator and choose O&M > Users in the top navigation bar.
Share the SQLConsole tab

Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

In the top navigation bar, choose SQL Console > SQL Console.
If you use DMS in simple mode, hover over the
icon in the upper-left corner and choose All functions > SQL Console > SQL Console. -
In the Please select the database first dialog box, enter a keyword to search for a database instance, select the instance from the results, and then click Confirm.

On the SQLConsole tab, click the
icon in the upper-right corner. -
In the dialog box that appears, click Open sharing.

In the link sharing dialog box, configure the following parameters and click Copy Link.
Parameter Description Turn off sharing Toggle off to disable sharing. The previously generated share link becomes invalid. Sharing form The content to include in the shared link. Console only shares the SQLConsole tab without any SQL statements—use this when you want a teammate to run their own queries. Console + SQL includes the SQL statements you have entered—use this when you want to show your exact query to a reviewer or collaborator. Sharing period The validity period of the link. Options: 7 Days, 30 Days, 180 Days, 360 Days, 3 Years.
Disable sharing for the SQLConsole tab
To revoke access, open the share dialog again and toggle off Turn off sharing. The previously generated share link becomes invalid and no one can access it.
Share a ticket

Log on to the DMS console V5.0.

On the DMS console home page, click Submitted Tickets in the My Tickets section.

On the My Tickets page, find the ticket you want to share and click its ID in the Ticket Number column. In the panel that appears, click the
icon in the upper-right corner to open the full ticket page. -
On the Ticket Details page, click the
icon in the upper-right corner. -
In the dialog box that appears, click Open sharing.

In the link sharing dialog box, configure the following parameters and click Copy Link.

Everyone grants access to all valid users in your current DMS tenant. Designated restricts access to users you specify. In both cases, only valid users (not disabled or deleted) within your DMS tenant can view the ticket. Sharing period The validity period of the link. Options: 7 Days, 30 Days, 180 Days, 360 Days, 3 Years.
