Data Disaster Recovery backup schedules are not eligible for refunds. For pay-as-you-go backup schedules, release the schedule to stop incurring charges.
Subscription backup schedules
Refunds are not available for subscription backup schedules.
Unsubscribe from a subscription backup plan
You cannot unsubscribe from subscription DBS backup plans at this time.
Pay-as-you-go backup schedules
Pay-as-you-go backup schedules are billed based on actual resource usage and do not involve refunds. To stop incurring charges, release the backup schedule after you back up or migrate your data. After the backup schedule is released, you are no longer charged for the backup schedule.

Before releasing a backup schedule, make sure the release does not affect your business.
