Direct Mail:Purchase procedure

  1. Log on to the DirectMail product page.
  2. On the DirectMail product page, you can click Buy Now to buy email resource packages or click Activate Now to activate Pay-As-You-Go.

Note: The default DirectMail service region is Asia Pacific SE 1 (Singapore). If you want to use the DirectMail service in the region China East 1 (Hangzhou), you must complete real-name registration for your account.

Click here to complete the real-name registration.

Activate Pay-As-You-Go billing method

  1. Log on to the DirectMail product page.
  2. Click Activate Now. The DirectMail Activation page is displayed.
  3. Read and confirm you agree to the pricing and service agreements, and then click Activate Now.

Buy resource packages

  1. Log on to the DirectMail product page.
  2. Click Buy Now. The DirectMail Resource Package page is displayed.
  3. Select the Resource Package and Quantity you want to buy, and click Buy Now.
  4. Confirm the order, read DirectMail Resource Package Agreement of Service, and click Pay.
  5. Confirm all the information, and click Pay.

After the payment is completed, click Console to go to the DirectMail console.
If you have activated Pay-As-You-Go, you can use the DirectMail service now. If you have not activated Pay-As-You-Go, after you are directed to the DirectMail console, you need to click Activate Now on the page to activate Pay-As-You-Go.


  • Each resource package has a validity period of 6 months.
  • You cannot unsubscribe from, or receive a refund for, unused package resources once you activate it or it expires.
  • Before a resource package expires, a notification will be sent to you by Message Service, an email, or an inbox message. Pay attention to the expiration reminder and make use of the resource package in time.

Once you activate DirectMail service, you can log on to the console and immediately start using the service. For information about how to send emails, refer to User Guide.
