Purchase a resource plan

  1. Go to the Direct Mail product page and click Buy Now.

  2. Select the resource plan specifications and quantity, then click Buy Now.

  3. On the Confirm Order page, review the order details and the Direct Mail Resource Plan Terms of Service. Click Pay to go to the payment page.

  4. Confirm the payment details and click Pay to complete the payment.

  5. Click Management Console to go to the Direct Mail console. If pay-as-you-go is not yet enabled, the console prompts you to activate it. Click Activate Now to proceed. If you have already enabled pay-as-you-go, you can go directly to the console.

Resource plans are valid for six months and must be used within this period. After a resource plan is used up or expires, the unused portion is not eligible for cancellation or a refund. The system sends expiry reminders by text message, email, and internal message before a plan expires. Monitor these notifications and use your quota in time.

To allow a Resource Access Management (RAM) user to purchase resource plans, grant the following permissions in the RAM console:

  • AliyunDirectMailFullAccess

  • AliyunBSSOrderAccess

Enable pay-as-you-go

  1. Go to the Direct Mail product page and click Activate Now.

  2. Review the billing standards and the Direct Mail Activation Agreement. Click Activate Now.
