This topic describes the purchase flow.
1. Log on to the Direct Mail product page.
2. On the Direct Mail product page, click Buy Now to purchase a Direct Mail resource plan (subscription) or click Activate Now to enable pay-as-you-go.
Note: Only users who have completed identity verification can purchase and activate Direct Mail. Before you proceed, ensure that your account has been verified. The Direct Mail console uses the Singapore region by default. You must also complete identity verification if you switch the region to China (Hangzhou) to use the Direct Mail service in the Chinese mainland.

Purchase a resource plan
1. Click Buy Now to go to the resource plan purchase page.
2. Select the required resource plan specifications and quantity, and then click Buy Now.
3. On the Confirm Order page, confirm the order details, read the Direct Mail Resource Plan Terms of Service, and then click Pay to go to the payment page.
4. Confirm the payment information and click Pay to complete the payment. After the payment is successful, the payment success page is displayed.
5. Click Management Console to go to the Direct Mail console.
If you have already enabled pay-as-you-go for Direct Mail, you can go directly to the console. If not, you are prompted to activate pay-as-you-go when you log on to the Direct Mail console. Click the Activate Now button to activate the service. After the service is activated, you can go to the Direct Mail console.
Note:
Resource plans have a subscription duration of six months and must be used within this period.
After a resource plan is used up or expires, you cannot unsubscribe from it or request a refund for the remaining resources.
Before a resource plan expires, the system sends you notifications by text message, email, and internal message. Pay attention to these expiration reminders and use your resource plan before it expires.
If you want to allow a RAM user to purchase Direct Mail resource plans, you must grant the RAM user the following two permissions in the Resource Access Management (RAM) console: AliyunDirectMailFullAccess and AliyunBSSOrderAccess.
Enable pay-as-you-go
1. On the Direct Mail product page, click Activate Now to go to the activation page.
2. Review the billing standards and the Direct Mail Activation Agreement, and then click Activate Now.
