  1. In the navigation pane on the left of the Direct Mail console, click Sending Details.

  2. Select a Time Range, Filter Condition, and Delivery Result, and then click Query.

Unsubscribes

This occurs when a recipient unsubscribes from your emails because they no longer want to receive them.

If you attempt to send another email to this recipient, the delivery is blocked with the error code 562 Unsubscribed rcptto.

For more information, see Unsubscribe feature documentation.

Spam reports

A spam report is feedback from a recipient's service provider (SP) that is sent through a feedback loop (FBL). The SP aggregates spam reports and sends them to Alibaba Cloud Direct Mail. This usually happens because a recipient finds an email unnecessary or offensive and reports it as spam in their mailbox. The interface for reporting spam varies among mailbox providers.

If you attempt to send another email to this recipient, the delivery is blocked with the error code 560 Recipient Reported Spam.

Note

Unsubscribe data is updated in real time.

Spam report data is updated daily.

Do not send marketing, subscription, or other types of emails to these recipients. For triggered emails, such as verification code emails, use a sender address of the trigger type. Do not remove a recipient from these lists unless they unsubscribed or reported spam by mistake. Doing so can cause a high complaint rate for your sender address or domain, which may lead to blacklisting by recipient SPs.
