Dear Direct Mail users,
Gmail and Yahoo have updated their sender requirements. Starting in February 2024, emails sent to Google and Yahoo domains, such as gmail.com, googleemail.com, yahoo.com, and aol.com, must be authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC. Emails that do not meet these requirements may be bounced or sent to the spam folder.
Configure these three protocols for all your email domains. Obtain the recommended configuration values from the Direct Mail console. Then, go to your DNS console to update the records for each domain.
Additionally, we will soon launch a one-click unsubscribe feature in response to these updated sender requirements. This feature will apply to batch emails. Thank you for your support.
