Direct Mail:Description of the Domain DNS Configuration Rule Change for DirectMail

Last Updated:Jan 23, 2024

Dear Users:

Due to the adjustment of Gmail and Yahoo's sender requirements, starting from February 24th, when sending emails to Google and Yahoo domains, such as gmail.com/googleemail.com/yahoo.com/ aol.com, you need to configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC protocol, otherwise it may be bounced or put into the spam.

We recommend that users configure the above three protocols for sending domains. Users can obtain the recommended configuration values through the console, and then go to the DNS service provider to change the corresponding domain records.

In addition, based on the adjustment of email sending requirements, we will also launch the one-click unsubscribe function as soon as possible, which will be effective for batch email addresses. Thank you for your support.
