You can change the host group of a dedicated host by moving the host to another host group. This topic describes how to change the host group of a dedicated host.
Prerequisites
A host group is created. For more information, see Create a host group.
Limits
The current host group must be in the same zone as the new host group.
Procedure
Log on to the ECS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Instances & Images >
> Dedicated Hosts. In the top navigation bar, select the region and resource group to which the resource belongs.
On the Host tab, find the host and click Modify Host Group in the Actions column.
In the Modify Host Group dialog box, select the desired host group.
Click OK.
