    DataWorks:Manage AI Catalog data

    The data catalog provides a unified interface for managing AI Catalog metadata. This topic describes how to manage dataset and model metadata in the data catalog.

    Go to the AI Catalog data catalog page

    1. Go to the Workspaces page in the DataWorks console. In the top navigation bar, select a desired region. Find the desired workspace and choose Shortcuts > Data Studio in the Actions column.

    2. In the navigation pane on the left, click the image icon. Then, under Data Catalog, click AI Catalog to open the AI Catalog management page.

    Manage the AI Catalog data catalog

    You can manage dataset and model objects in the AI Catalog data catalog.

    View public datasets

    1. Click the image icon next to AI Catalog. In the data catalog, navigate to Dataset > Public Dataset.

    2. Click Public Dataset to open the Public Dataset page.

    3. In the search box, enter a keyword for the dataset name to find the target dataset.

    4. After the search is complete, click a dataset name to open its details page and view the Basic Information, such as Size and Data Volume.

    5. To view detailed information about the dataset, click View next to Dataset Introduction on the Basic Information tab of the dataset details page.

    Manage custom datasets

    Create a custom dataset

    1. Click the image icon next to AI Catalog. In the data catalog, navigate to Dataset > Custom Dataset.

    2. Click the image icon next to Custom Dataset to open the PAI console.

    3. On the Custom tab of AI Asset Management > Dataset, you can create a custom dataset.

    Manage a custom dataset

    1. View a custom dataset.

      1. Click the image icon next to AI Catalog. In the data catalog, navigate to Dataset > Custom Dataset.

      2. Click Custom Dataset to open the Custom Dataset list page.

      3. In the search box, enter a keyword for the dataset name to find the target dataset.

      4. When the search is complete, click a dataset name to open its details page. Here, you can view the Basic Information, such as Type and Visibility.

      5. On the Basic Information tab, click the Dataset ID to view more details.

    Manage models

    Register a model

    1. Click the image icon next to AI Catalog. In the data catalog, find Model.

    2. To the right of Model, click the image icon to open the PAI console.

    3. On the AI Asset Management > Model page, register a model.

    Manage a model

    1. View a model.

      1. Click the image icon next to AI Catalog. In the data catalog, find Model.

      2. Click Model to open the Model list page.

      3. In the search box, enter a keyword for the model name to find the target model.

      4. After the search is complete, click a Model Name to open its details page. You can view the Basic Information, such as Latest Version and Visibility.

      5. To view more details, click the Model ID on the Basic Information tab of the model details page.
