DataWorks Data Agent will undergo the following commercialization and billing changes.
August 18, 2026: Data Studio Agent new version upgrade
Starting August 18, 2026, Data Studio Agent will be upgraded to a new version (instance mode), which provides stronger task execution and environment isolation capabilities.
August 28, 2026: Billing model adjustment
Starting August 28, 2026, you can use Data Agent by activating Pay-As-You-Go. The original Data Agent edition will be upgraded to the Token Plan subscription and become an optional add-on.
Activation methods
Select the appropriate activation method based on your site and purchase status:
New users who have not purchased DataWorks: Click Data Agent Quick Activation.
Existing DataWorks users: Click DataWorks Bundle Purchase.
September 11, 2026: Pay-as-you-go billing method adjustment
Starting September 11, 2026, the Data Agent pay-as-you-go item will be billed in Credits.
September 18, 2026: Token Plan upgraded to Credit Plan
Starting September 18, 2026, the Data Agent Token Plan will be upgraded to the Credit Plan. Complimentary quotas will be deducted as Credits.
