    Parameter

    Description

    Approval Result

Choose the Approval Result for the pending task. Approval Result options include the following:

    • Pass: The task is approved, granting the initiator the requested permissions.

    • Reject: The task is declined. The initiator may reapply or modify the request.

    • Change Owner: Click the display box area and select a new owner from the dropdown list. After the transfer, the new owner will be responsible for approving the task.

    • Add Sign: Click the display box area and select an additional signer from the dropdown list:

      • If the additional signer approves, the process will return to the original approver.

      • If the additional signer rejects, the process ends.

    Note
    • The additional signer is limited to approving or rejecting operations.

    • With multiple parallel approvers, approval by any one is sufficient, while rejection by any one is conclusive.

    • If the submitter is one of the approvers, the task is automatically approved.

    • If a custom approval template adds, removes, or changes the name of approval result operations, the approval result operations will change accordingly. For more information, see Add optional actions.

    Approval Description

Enter a description for the approval, not exceeding 128 characters.

    • After data download approval is granted, you can click the Download File button to download the data.

    • Release approval supports viewing detailed information for different object types. Hover your mouse over the object name to view details. You can also click the version number or the image.png icon to view details.

    • If the approval task includes items already approved by other members, the current approval will fail.

  2. Click Submit to complete the individual task approval.
