After you add quality rules to the whitelist, the workbench automatically ignores anomalies detected during quality checks, while the rules continue to run and validate as usual. You can edit or delete whitelist entries at any time.

Super administrators and quality administrators can edit and delete all whitelists.

Regular users can view whitelists and edit or delete those they have created.

View governance whitelists from different perspectives
Dataphin supports viewing governance whitelists from the Global and Personal perspectives.

Global: Super administrators and quality administrators can view all governance whitelists.

Personal: Super administrators and quality administrators can switch to view any member's governance whitelists. Regular members can only view their own and cannot switch.
When viewing from a personal perspective, only the governance whitelists where you are the quality owner are displayed.

On the Dataphin home page, navigate to Governance > Data Quality via the top menu bar.

In the left-side navigation pane, select Governance Workbench > Ignore List to access the Ignore List page.

The governance whitelist page shows quality rules added to the whitelist. You can edit or delete entries. The following example uses Dataphin Table.
