    This topic provides an overview of the operation permissions associated with data standards.

    Symbol description

    Y signifies that the role possesses the specified feature permission. N denotes the absence of this feature permission for the role. - indicates that the feature permission is not applicable to the role.

    Role description

    The super administrator and the data standard administrator automatically have full operation permissions for all features within the data standard module.

    Data standard permission list

    • Data Standard Set Owner is granted management permissions for all standards within their assigned standard set, which includes the ability to edit, delete, take offline, submit for online review, and publish.

    • Data Standard Set Member is authorized to create new data standards within the standard set they are part of.

    • Data Standard Owner has the authority to edit, submit for online review, revise, take offline, or delete the standards they oversee.

    • Other Members are limited to viewing the data standard list and the configuration details of each standard with view permissions.

    • Other global roles with view permissions for data standard or standard set can view data standard details, standard set lists, batch operation record details, and subscribe to standard updates.

    • Mapping Details refer to the asset object that is mapped to the current standard based on the mapping rule, or the standard to which the current asset object is mapped.

    • Evaluation Details pertain to the verification status of each attribute within the configured monitoring rules for each mapping relationship. This includes metadata monitoring inherent to the attribute and quality monitoring manually added to the mapped list.

    • Other global roles with mapping evaluation details view permissions are permitted to view mapping details, execution record mapping details, and execution logs.
