Dataphin:Instance O&M

Last Updated:Mar 04, 2026

Instance O&M enables you to view instance statistics and a list of instances for O&M. The statistics provide a summary of instances for each tenant, such as the total, successful, and failed instance counts. The instance list provides detailed information for each instance, which O&M engineers can use to perform operations.

Instance statistics

  1. Click Application O&M in the top menu bar of Dataphin Manager.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Application O&M > Instance O&M.

  3. On the Instance Statistics tab, view the instance statistics information.

You can filter the data by data timestamp (default is T-1) and tenant. A pie chart displays the instance status distribution, and a line chart displays the number of instances over the last 7 days. The data timestamp can be set to a value within the range [T-14, T-1].

    • Status distribution: A pie chart displays the status distribution of instances for the selected tenant and data timestamp. If you do not specify a data timestamp or tenant, the chart displays the status distribution for all instances of all tenants by default, for the previous day's data timestamp.

    • Instance count in the last 7 days: A line chart displays the total number of instances per day for the selected tenant over the 7-day period ending on the specified data timestamp. The range is [data timestamp-6, data timestamp]. If no data timestamp or tenant is selected, the chart defaults to displaying the total number of instances for all tenants over the 7-day period ending on the most recent data timestamp (T-1).

Instance O&M

In the instance O&M list, you can query for task instances and perform operations on them.

  1. In Dataphin Manager, click Application O&M in the top menu bar.

  2. In the left navigation pane, choose Application O&M > Instance O&M.

  3. You can click the Instance O&M tab. By default, this tab displays all instances for all tenants at the most recent data timestamp (T-1). The list auto-refreshes every 20 seconds. To manually refresh the list, click the image icon in the upper-right corner.

The instance O&M list shows the Instance ID, Task Name, Node ID, Task Status, Project, Tenant, Schedule Type, Scheduled Runtime, Last Updated, and Operation. Click the image icon in the upper-right corner to select which fields to display and to change their order. Click the image icon to adjust the row density of the list.

  4. (Optional) In the filter area, filter for target instances by data timestamp (default is T-1), instance status, tenant, project, and schedule type.

  5. In the instance O&M list, select one or more instances to perform the following operations: Forced Rerun, Force Success, Force Kill, Set Instance Status, and Modify Schedule Type. In the Operation column, click View Operational Log to see the operational log details for an instance in the Log Details panel.
