Usage instructions
Message sending channels can be configured globally at the instance level or individually for each tenant, tailored to your organization's needs.
Disabling a message channel will prevent the sending of related messages to that channel. Enable only the necessary message channels.
Permission instructions
Metadata warehouse tenant super administrators and system administrators at the instance level are authorized to edit message channels.
At the tenant level, super administrators and system administrators have editing rights for message channels, while other users may only view them.
Configure channel settings
Navigate to the Management Center from the top menu bar on the Dataphin home page with a single click.
Follow the steps below to configure the Channel Settings.

Choose to Enable or Shut Down each message channel as per your configuration needs.
System Default: This instance-level message channel is configurable only by the metadata warehouse tenant's super administrators and system administrators.
NoteNote: When the system default is selected, text message and email channels are disabled by default and cannot be modified.
Tenant Custom: Allows for the selection of various message channels, including phone, text message, email, DingTalk group robot, Lark group robot, WeCom group robot, and custom channels.
To finalize the channel settings, single click OK.
