In response to evolving market needs and technological advancements, Dataphin has introduced a semi-managed model. This approach streamlines the purchase of Dataphin products and underlying resources through a single-click interface order, facilitating automatic deployment with enhanced security and scalability.

Supported regions

Dataphin is available for purchase in the following regions: China (Beijing), China (Shanghai), China (Shenzhen), China (Hangzhou), Singapore, and Frankfurt.

Version scenarios

Intelligent R&D Edition (Offline & Real-time): This edition supports both offline and real-time R&D scenarios. It enables the creation of dual-environment projects that separate production and development, offering intelligent modeling and logical operations and maintenance. It is ideal for enterprises with extensive data, stringent permission controls, and a professional big data development team.

Purchase quantity

Dataphin instances can only be purchased by the Alibaba Cloud account (primary account). Purchases are limited to one instance at a time, with no regional purchase limits.

Subscription duration

Dataphin instances are available for subscription durations of 1 month, 1 year, 2 years, or 3 years.

Dataphin instance pricing is determined by the specifications of data processing units (DPUs). The following outlines the details:

Intelligent R&D Edition pricing

Data Processing Unit Statistical Rules:

Total data processing units = (Number of data synchronization tasks + Number of data integration tasks) / 3 + Total number of logical detail tables + [Ceiling (Number of metrics / 10)]

Tips:

• Logical detail tables encompass logical dimension tables and logical fact tables.

• Virtual tasks, virtual dimensional logic tables are not included in the statistics.

• Metrics considered include derived metrics and indicators, excluding registered hanging metrics.

• Only published, periodically scheduled tasks or tables are counted; manual tasks are not counted;The number of recurring tasks generated is not limited.

• Real-time integration taasks and real-time computing tasks are sold separately and are not included in the statistics of data processing units.

• All types of tasks are prohibited from being published once the DPU quota limit has been reached.

Pricing for the asset quality version includes the Full-domain Edition, Domain Edition, and the combination of both.

Billing is determined by the maximum QPS and concurrency specifications that are supported.
