Subscription backup schedules

You cannot apply for refunds for subscription backup schedules.

Pay-as-you-go backup schedules

Pay-as-you-go backup schedules are billed based on actual resource usage. No refunds are involved. If you no longer need to use a pay-as-you-go backup schedule, you can release the backup schedule after you back up or migrate data. Before you release the backup schedule, make sure that the release does not affect your business. After the backup schedule is released, you are no longer charged for the backup schedule.
