Database Autonomy Service:View bills

This topic describes how to view the bills that are generated when you use Database Autonomy Service (DAS).

Billable items

DAS involves two billable items. The following table describes the billable items and their billing methods. For more information, see Billing.

Pay-as-you-go

  • If DAS Enterprise Edition V1 or DAS Enterprise Edition V0 is enabled for your database instances, you are charged the storage fees for SQL Explorer and Audit data.

  • If DAS Enterprise Edition V2 is enabled for your database instances, you are charged for the following billable items:

    • Hot storage of SQL Explorer and Audit data

    • Cold storage of SQL Explorer and Audit data

    • Data query

  • If DAS Enterprise Edition V3 is enabled for your database instances, you are charged for the following billable items:

    • Data ingestion

    • Real-time query and analysis

    • Insight analysis

    • Hot data storage

    • Cold data storage

    • Data query

    • Data export

Subscription

  • You are charged subscription fees based on the resource plan that you purchased on the DAS Cost-efficient Edition buy page.

  • You are charged subscription fees based on the number of database instances for which DAS Enterprise Edition V1 can be enabled.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, choose Expenses > User Center.

  3. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Bill > Bill Details.

  4. On the Bill Details page, click the Billing Details tab.

  5. Specify filter conditions. Select Database Autonomy Service from the Product drop-down list and click Search. Then, you can view the detailed bills of DAS.

    Note

    You can select a time range that spans one calendar month. You cannot select a time range that spans multiple calendar months. For example, you cannot select a time range from March 10, 2023 to April 10, 2023.

    • If you set the Product Details parameter to DAS Cost-efficient Edition, the bills of DAS Cost-efficient Edition are displayed in the bill list.

    • If you set the Product Details parameter to DAS Enterprise Edition, the bills of DAS Enterprise Edition V1 and DAS Enterprise Edition V0 are displayed in the bill list.

      • View the storage space and billing details of the SQL Explorer and Audit data by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is SQL Data Amount.

      • View the subscription fees of DAS Enterprise Edition by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is Edition.

    • If you set the Product Details parameter to DAS (Pay-as-you-go), the bills of DAS Enterprise Edition V2 and DAS Enterprise Edition V3 are displayed in the bill list.

      • For database instances for which DAS Enterprise Edition V2 is enabled:

        • View the storage space and billing details of the hot data by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is SQL Explorer and Audit - Hot Storage.

        • View the storage space and billing details of the hot data by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is SQL Explorer and Audit - Cold Storage.

        • View the fees for querying data of SQL Explorer and Audit by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is SQL Explorer and Audit - Data Query.

      • For database instances for which DAS Enterprise Edition V3 is enabled:

        • View the fees for data export by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is Volume of Downloaded Data.

        • View the fees for insight analysis by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is Explorer Analysis.

        • View the fees for real-time query and analysis by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is Real-time Search and Analysis.

        • View the fees for data import by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is Advanced Professional Edition - Data Ingestion.

        • View the storage fees for cold data by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is SQL Explorer and Audit - Cold Storage.

        • View the storage fees for hot data by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is SQL Explorer and Audit - Hot Storage.

        • View the fees for data queries by checking the bills whose value of the Billing Item column is Query Data Amount.
