    This topic describes how to view expense details for Database Autonomy Service (DAS).

    Consumption types

    Your bill contains two consumption types. The following table lists the specific fees for each type. For more information, see Billing details.

    Pay-as-you-go

    • If you use DAS Enterprise Edition V3, the following fees are charged:

      • Default billing:

        • Log traffic

        • Cold storage

      • Billed by feature usage:

        • Log indexing

        • SQL Explorer

        • Security audit

        • Hot storage

        • Cold query

        • Download (Free)

    • If you use DAS Enterprise Edition V2, the following fees are charged:

      • Default billing:

        • Hot storage fees for SQL Explorer and audit.

        • Cold storage fees for SQL Explorer and audit.

        • Data query fees.

      • Billed by feature usage:

        • Security audit.

    • If you use DAS Enterprise Edition V1 or DAS Enterprise Edition V0, the following fees are charged:

      • Default billing:

        • Storage fees for SQL Explorer and audit.

      • Billed by feature usage:

        • Security audit.

    • If you use Audit Log (NoSQL Compatible), the following fees are charged:

      • Default billing:

        • Log traffic

        • Cold storage

      • Billed by feature usage:

        • Log indexing

        • Hot storage

    Subscription

    • Subscription fees are charged based on the billing package that you enable for DAS Economy Edition.

    • Subscription fees are charged based on the quota for DAS Enterprise Edition V1. The quota is the total number of database instances for which you can enable DAS Enterprise Edition.

    Procedure

    1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Management Console.

    2. In the upper-right corner of the page, choose Expenses.

    3. In the Expenses and Costs navigation pane on the left, choose Billing Management > Billing Details.

    4. Click the Detailed Bills tab.

    5. In the filter criteria, set Product Name to Database Autonomy Service to view its billing details.

      Note

      You can query data for only one calendar month at a time. You cannot select a time range that spans multiple calendar months. For example, you cannot select the period from March 10, 2023 to April 10, 2023.

      • If Product Detail is DAS Economy Edition, you are using the Economy Edition.

      • If Product Detail is set to DAS Enterprise Edition, you are using DAS Enterprise Edition V1 or DAS Enterprise Edition V0:

        • The expense details for the Billing Item, SQL Data Volume, show the storage consumed by SQL Explorer and audit, and the associated charges.

        • The expense details for the Billing Item: Edition show the subscription fees for DAS Professional Edition.

        • The expense details for the Billing Item named Security Audit itemize the fees for the security audit service.

      • If the Product Detail is Database Autonomy Service (Pay-As-You-Go), you are using DAS Enterprise Edition V2 or DAS Enterprise Edition V3:

        • For database instances that use DAS Enterprise Edition V2:

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named SQL Explorer and Audit - Hot Storage show the hot storage usage and the corresponding charges.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named SQL Explorer and Audit - Cold Storage list the amount of cold storage space used and the corresponding charges.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named SQL Explorer and Audit - Data Query list the corresponding fees.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named Security Audit show the associated fees.

        • For database instances that use DAS Enterprise Edition V3:

          • The Billing Item of Log Traffic shows the expense details for log traffic.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item of Log Indexing list the fees for log indexing.

          • View the charges in the billing details where the Billing Item is SQL Explorer.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named Security Audit list the fees for the security audit service.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named Cold Storage display the corresponding fees.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named Hot Storage are the fees for hot storage.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named Cold Query list the fees for this type of query.

          • The expense details for the Billing Item named Download show the associated fees.
