You can view the bills and resource usage details of data transfer plans in the Billing Management console of Alibaba Cloud.
Query bills
Access the Bill Details page in the Billing Management console.
On the Bill Details page, click the corresponding tab to view the usage details of data transfer plans.
Consumption by Bill: You can filter expending details by account, including the bills of each subscription or pay-as-you-go instance.
Billing Details: You can view the details about the bills of your Alibaba Cloud service, including billable items, unit prices, usage, prices, and fees offset by using resource plans.
Usage Records: You can export the usage information about an Alibaba Cloud service on this tab.
Query resource usage statistics and details
Access the Manage Reserved Instances page in the Billing Management console.
On the Manage Reserved Instances page, select Resource Packages for Resource Type.

Click the Instances tab, click the
icon next to Product Name, and then select Data Transfer Plan. Find the desired data transfer plan and view the usage statistics in the Total Capacity and Remaining Capacity columns.

Click the Details tab, specify the parameters for filtering, and then view the usage details of the desired data transfer plan.
