This topic describes how to create and authorize a RAM role in the Data Online Migration console. This operation applies only if the account performing the migration task also owns the bucket.
Procedure

To create a data address, select Create Role from the Authorize Role drop-down list. If you have already authorized a RAM role, you can select it from the list and skip the remaining steps.

You are then taken to an authorization page. Click Authorize.

After the role is created, a success page appears. Click Close.

You are returned to the Create Source Data Address page, where the new RAM role is now selected in the Authorize Role field.
