Database Autonomy Service (DAS) sends database alerts to designated contacts via phone, email, or webhook.
Supported notification channels:

DAS sends verification codes to confirm that phone numbers and email addresses are reachable.
Add an alert contact
Log on to the DAS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Tools > Alert Service > Alert Contacts.
On the Alert Contacts page, click Add Contact in the upper-right corner.

To import contacts from CloudMonitor, click Synchronize CloudMonitor Contacts instead.
In the Add Contact dialog box, configure the following parameters and click OK.
Parameter Description Full name The name of the alert contact. Phone number The mobile number of the alert contact. After you enter a number, click Send Verification Code and enter the code received by SMS in the Verification Code field. Email The email address of the alert contact. After you enter an address, click Send Verification Code and enter the code received by email in the Verification Code field. Webhook The webhook URL. DingTalk, WeCom, Lark, and ARMS are supported. When configuring a DingTalk chatbot, add DAS Alarm as a keyword in the chatbot's security settings. Add to existing contact group The contact group to add this contact to.
Create a contact group
Log on to the DAS console.
In the left-side navigation pane, choose Tools > Alert Service > Alert Contacts.
Click the Alert Contact Groups tab, then click Add Contact Group in the upper-right corner.

In the Add Contact Group dialog box, configure the following parameters and click OK.
Parameter Description Group name The name of the contact group. Note Optional notes for the contact group. Select contacts The alert contacts to include. Select from the Existing Contacts section, or click Create Contact to add a new contact.
