Database Autonomy Service:Diagnostic reports

Last Updated:Mar 28, 2026

Database Autonomy Service (DAS) generates diagnostic reports for ApsaraDB for MongoDB instances. Each report evaluates instance health across multiple dimensions — slow queries, tablespace usage, and performance trends — and provides a health score with actionable findings. Run a diagnostic when you notice performance issues or as part of routine inspections.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure that:

  • The target instance is ApsaraDB for MongoDB

  • The node you want to diagnose is a secondary node (primary nodes are not supported)

Create a diagnostic report

  1. Log on to the DAS console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, choose Intelligent O&M Center > Instance Monitoring.

  3. Find the instance you want to manage and click its instance ID.

  4. In the left-side navigation pane, click Diagnostic Reports.

  5. Click Create Reports, then specify the time range for the diagnostic.

    Note

The time range cannot exceed one day. A shorter time range produces more detailed statistics.

  6. Refresh the page to monitor diagnostic progress. After the task completes, find the report in the list and click View Report in the Actions column to see the full results, including the health score and per-dimension findings.

Schedule automatic report generation

To generate reports on a recurring schedule, click Auto-generating Report Settings and specify a schedule in the dialog box that appears.
