This topic explains how to upgrade an iSCSI gateway on the Cloud Storage Gateway (CSG) console.
Procedure
Warning
Upgrading a gateway temporarily interrupts service. Proceed with caution.
Go to the Gateways page on the CSG console. Find the target gateway and click Upgrade.
Note

The gateway is unresponsive to client requests during the upgrade.

You can upgrade a gateway only when a new version is available.

You do not need to manually stop the gateway before an upgrade. The system automatically handles the process to ensure data security.
