What states can a cross-zone HA file gateway exist in?
Healthy
All nodes of the file gateway are running as expected.
Degraded
Some shares contain inconsistent data compared with the gateway nodes. In this state, data synchronization automatically starts in the background. After data synchronization is completed for all the shares, the gateway returns to the Healthy state. When a cross-zone HA file gateway is in the Degraded state, all shares can still be mounted and accessed. However, the performance limit of shares that have not completed data synchronization will decline to some extent compared with their Healthy state. If the Degraded state persists for an extended period of time, contact Alibaba Cloud after-sales support.
Single-node
When a gateway is in this state, only one node is running, whereas the other is experiencing an error. All shares use the functional gateway to provide data access. In this state, all shares can still be mounted and accessed. However, the performance limit of shares in this state will decline to some extent compared with their Healthy state. Meanwhile, gateway information displayed in the CSG console is read-only, meaning that you cannot perform gateway management operations such as configuration modification. When the failed node recovers, the gateway state transitions sequentially from Single-node to Degraded and finally to Healthy. If the Single-node state persists for an extended period of time, contact Alibaba Cloud after-sales support.
Abnormal
The HA file gateway is experiencing an internal error and may not function as expected. If your gateway is in this state, contact Alibaba Cloud after-sales support.
