This topic provides answers to some frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the billing of Cloud Parallel File Storage (CPFS) for Lingjun.

How do I stop the billing of CPFS for Lingjun?

To prevent your business from being affected, CPFS for Lingjun cannot be deactivated.

If you no longer need to use CPFS for Lingjun, log on to the compute nodes on which your CPFS for Lingjun file system is mounted and unmount the file system. Then, log on to the console to delete the mount target and the file system. Then, you are not charged for CPFS for Lingjun in the next billing cycle.

How is the storage usage of a CPFS for Lingjun file system calculated for billing?

You are charged for the storage usage of a CPFS for Lingjun file system based on the capacity that you specify on the buy page. For more information, see Billing of CPFS for Lingjun.

How do I check whether I have overdue payments?

An overdue payment may affect your use of CPFS. You can check whether you have overdue payments in the Billing Management console.

  1. Log on to the Billing Management console.

  2. In the To Do List section of the Home page, view the overdue amount.

    If you have overdue payments, we recommend that you add funds to your account at the earliest opportunity.
