Cloud Parallel File Storage:CancelDataFlowSubTask

Last Updated:Aug 26, 2026

Cancels a data flow streaming subtask.

Operation description

Prerequisite resource creation process

Before canceling a data flow streaming subtask, create resources in the following order:

  1. Create a data flow: Call CreateDataFlow to create a data flow.

  2. Create a data flow task: Call CreateDataFlowTask to create a StreamImport or StreamExport task.

  3. Create a data flow streaming subtask: Call CreateDataFlowSubTask to create a streaming subtask.

Note

CPFS for Lingjun file systems must be created in the console.

Operation description

  • Only CPFS for Lingjun 2.6.0 and later are supported. You can view the version information on the file system details page in the console.

  • Prerequisites: A CPFS for Lingjun file system is created, the DataFlow is in the Running state, the DataFlowTask is in the Executing state, and the DataFlowSubTask is in the CREATED or RUNNING state.

  • You can cancel a data flow streaming subtask only when it is in the CREATED or RUNNING state.

  • Data flow streaming tasks are executed asynchronously. You can call DescribeDataFlowSubTasks to query the execution status of a streaming task.

Try it now

Try this API in OpenAPI Explorer, no manual signing needed. Successful calls auto-generate SDK code matching your parameters. Download it with built-in credential security for local usage.

Test

RAM authorization

The table below describes the authorization required to call this API. You can define it in a Resource Access Management (RAM) policy. The table's columns are detailed below:

  • Action: The actions can be used in the Action element of RAM permission policy statements to grant permissions to perform the operation.

  • API: The API that you can call to perform the action.

  • Access level: The predefined level of access granted for each API. Valid values: create, list, get, update, and delete.

  • Resource type: The type of the resource that supports authorization to perform the action. It indicates if the action supports resource-level permission. The specified resource must be compatible with the action. Otherwise, the policy will be ineffective.

    • For APIs with resource-level permissions, required resource types are marked with an asterisk (*). Specify the corresponding Alibaba Cloud Resource Name (ARN) in the Resource element of the policy.

    • For APIs without resource-level permissions, it is shown as All Resources. Use an asterisk (*) in the Resource element of the policy.

  • Condition key: The condition keys defined by the service. The key allows for granular control, applying to either actions alone or actions associated with specific resources. In addition to service-specific condition keys, Alibaba Cloud provides a set of common condition keys applicable across all RAM-supported services.

  • Dependent action: The dependent actions required to run the action. To complete the action, the RAM user or the RAM role must have the permissions to perform all dependent actions.

FileSystemId

string

Yes

The file system ID.

Note

Only CPFS for Lingjun (with the bmcpfs- prefix) file systems of version 2.6.0 or later are supported.

DataFlowId

string

Yes

The data flow ID.

DataFlowTaskId

string

Yes

The data flow task ID.

DryRun

boolean

No

Specifies whether to perform a dry run for this request.

A dry run checks parameter validity and resource availability without actually creating an instance or incurring charges.

Valid values:

  • true: Sends a dry run request without creating an instance. The check items include required parameters, request format, business limits, and NAS inventory. If the check fails, the corresponding error is returned. If the check passes, HTTP status code 200 is returned.

  • false (default): Sends a normal request and creates the instance after the check passes.

false

ClientToken

string

No

The client token that is used to ensure the idempotence of the request. You can use the client to generate the token, but make sure that the token is unique among different requests.

The token can contain only ASCII characters and cannot exceed 64 characters in length. For more information, see How to ensure idempotence.

Note

If you do not specify this parameter, the system automatically uses the RequestId of the API request as the ClientToken. The RequestId may differ for each API request.
