Last Updated:Jun 06, 2025

After you publish a service as a service provider, you can use the service instance management feature to view all service instances that are created based on the published service. This topic describes how to view a service instance as a service provider.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Compute Nest console.

  2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Service Instance. On the Service Instance page, click the Customer's Service Instances tab.

The My Service Instance and Customer's Service Instances tabs are displayed on the Service Instance page. The My Service Instance tab displays the service instances that you created based on the services of other service providers. The Customer's Service Instances tab displays the service instances that your customers created based on your service.

  3. On the Customer's Service Instances tab, select the type of the service instance that you want to view.

On the Trial Service tab, find the service instance that you want to manage and click Extend Validity Period in the Actions column to extend the trial duration of the service instance.

  4. On the tab of a type of service instances, view the information about all service instances of this type from the columns such as Service Instance ID/Name, Status, and Service ID/Name.

You can also click the service instance name or Details in the Actions column to go to the Service Instance Details page. On the Service Instance Details page, you can view the configurations of the service instance or perform O&M operations on the service instance.

    Note

Service providers cannot view the private service instances for which the hosted O&M feature is disabled. Therefore, you cannot view the details of a private service instance for which the hosted O&M feature is disabled by clicking the service instance ID or Details in the Actions column of the private service instance.

    • On the Resources tab, you can view the information, including resource ID, status, resource type, IP address, payment method, expiration time, and renewal method. You can also start, stop, restart, connect to, record screens for, and run commands on the resources.

    • On the Events tab, you can view the events of the service instance.

      Note

This tab is displayed only for fully managed service instances.

    • On the Monitoring tab, you can view the monitoring data of the service instance.

    • On the O&M Management tab, you can use a CloudOps Orchestration Service (OOS) template, select the cloud resources on which you want to perform O&M operations, and then specify the corresponding parameters to perform O&M operations on the resources. For more information, see Perform O&M operations on a service instance.

    • On the Logs tab, you can view the deployment logs of the service instance and resource operation logs.

      • On the Deployment Logs tab, you can view the deployment information about the service instance.

      • On the Resource Operation Logs tab, you can view the operation information about resources deployed in the service instance.

    • On the History tab, you can view the upgrade records of the service instance.

    • On the Fee Statistics tab, you can view the bills of resources deployed in the service instance.

You can also click Bill Details to view the billing details of the service instance.
