Service providers can view service information from the Compute Nest console, including service details, service tests, instances, review requests, and permissions.
Procedure
Log on to the Compute Nest console.

In the left-side navigation pane, select My Services.

Find the service you want to view and click its name to open the Service Details page.

The Created Services tab shows details of the services you created.

The In-use Services tab shows basic and deployment information for the services you are using.

The top of the Service Details page provides the Unpublish Service and List on Marketplace buttons. The Overview section displays statistics such as Total instances, Online instances, Pending service requests, and Total users. Select different tabs to view more details.

Service details: Displays the service overview, basic information, deployment information, O&M settings, and advanced configurations. The following table describes the service states.

Description
Pending Submission
A service enters this state after it is saved, updated, or has its review withdrawn.
Reviewing
An unpublished service enters this state after it is submitted for review.
NoteAfter you submit the service for review, Alibaba Cloud completes the review within 3 business days.
Approved
An unpublished service enters this state after it passes review.
Published
A service enters this state after it is published. The state remains Published even if the service is updated, submitted for review, or approved after an update.
Unpublished
A service enters this state after it is unpublished.

Service test: Perform manual tests, run automated tests, and manage test tasks. Manual testing simulates creating a service instance to verify its availability and displays a test link with the results. Automated testing allows you to add test cases. In the test tasks area, click Create Task to start a test and view the task history for all versions. For more information, see Test a service.

Service instances: Shows the deployment success rate and details of service instances.

Select Show Deleted Service Instances to view information about deleted service instances.

For a service instance of a fully managed service, you can view its details, cost analysis, and billing information in the Actions column.
The list includes columns such as Service instance ID/Name, State, Tags, O&M permissions, Service version, and User ID. You can filter by tag filter or search by Service instance name.

Review requests: View and process Service publish requests and service whitelist requests. The Service whitelist requests sub-tab shows the applicant's name, phone number/email, company name/position, industry, and source. Filter or search by User ID.

O&M management: Perform O&M operations on service instances, including bulk upgrades and rollbacks.
NoteFor a private deployment service, you can perform O&M operations only after the user grants the service provider upgrade permissions or full permissions.
This feature uses Operation Orchestration Service (OOS) and Alibaba Cloud public templates. You can view batch operation records by Execution ID, Task type, and other criteria.

Permissions: View, grant, and revoke distributor permissions for the service.
You can filter and search by Distributor name. On this tab, click Grant Permissions, select the distributors you want to authorize in the dialog box, and then click Grant. The permissions list includes the Authorized distributor/UID, State, Authorization time, and Actions columns.

Fee statistics: View billing information for service instances, including service instance products, consumption types, billable items, usage, and payable amounts.
